Requirements:
- Resident of Lake County, or Geauga County.
- At least 14 years of age and completed the 8th grade, or 15 and have not reached the age of 21.
- Applicants must be enrolled in school or college.
- A background check and student conduct / performance inquiry will be made.
- Must maintain passing grades in school.
